Me, 2019, too locked in to look at the camera.

Me, 2025, a strapping young professional.

Working as a recording tech and audio engineer across music studios in Chicago honed my ear for the trends that drive culture in the digital age. One night, after a long recording session I helped my girlfriend with an assignment: making ads in the style of Tom McElligott. I knew 10 minutes into our sit down that I wanted to be a copywriter.

I hung up my headphones, bought a new backpack, and enrolled in DePaul’s PRAD program, where I immersed myself in writing, concepting, and execution.

After graduation, book180 gave me the opportunity to keep building fresh work under the eye of seasoned creatives. Music moves people. I know advertising can do the same.

Let's create something catchy together.
